1828 59th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family residence measuring nearly 7,000 square feet at 1828 59th Street, in Mapleton. Kenneth Thomas is designing, and the site’s existing two-story structure passed pre-demolition inspection in December.
1249 Dekalb Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building measuring nearly 4,800 square feet at 1249 Dekalb Avenue, in northern Bushwick. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
16 Lawton Street: GKS Realty has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 3,500 square feet at 16 Lawton Street, in northern Bushwick. Malliaros Stravros is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
QUEENS:
41-39 149th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit mixed-use building measuring 6,705 square feet at 41-39 149th Street, in Murray Hill. Angelo NG + Anthony NG Architects Studio is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2014.
252-84 Brattle Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 3,730 square feet at 252-84 Brattle Avenue, in central Little Neck. The existing single-story structure recently passed pre-demolition inspection.
42-71 77th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,552 square feet at 42-71 77th Street, in western Elmhurst. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.
116-37 145th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 1,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 116-37 145th Street, in South Jamaica.
STATEN ISLAND:
62 Copperleaf Terrace: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 4,059 square feet at 62 Copperleaf Terrace, in Todt Hill. Joseph M Morace is designing, and the old single-story abode was demolished in 2014.
