3527 Eastchester Road: L&R&G Contractors Corp. has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building measuring nearly 8,500 square feet at 3527 Eastchester Road, in northern Williamsbridge. Fred Geremia is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be removed.

BROOKLYN:

24 Ford Street: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story, 55-unit residential building measuring nearly 36,900 square feet at the vacant lot of 24 Ford Street, in eastern Crown Heights. Charles Mallea, of M Architecture, is designing.

888 Madison Street: An LLC has filed applications for two three-story, seven-unit residential buildings — each measuring 5,075 square feet — to span 888-890 Madison Street, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant (near Broadway). Vlad Potiyevsky is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in January.

695 Jefferson Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, seven-unit residential building measuring 5,000 square feet at 695 Jefferson Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Vlad Potiyevsky is designing, and the existing two-story townhouse passed pre-demolition inspection in December.

302 Nostrand Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, four-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 3,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 302 Nostrand Avenue, in west-central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Sion Hourizadeh is designing.

QUEENS:

102-05 Roosevelt Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, 4,927 square-foot commercial building at 102-05 Roosevelt Avenue, in North Corona. Issa Khorasanchi is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

160-01 Sanford Avenue: Silver Ridgewood LLC has filed applications for two three-story residential buildings each measuring 4,054 square feet — one containing four units, the other five — at 160-01 – 160-03 Sanford Avenue, in Murray Hill. Platonic Solids Architecture is designing, and the existing two-story structure was recently approved for demolition.

21 Beach 222nd Street: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 1,820 square feet at 21 Beach 222nd Street, in Breezy Point. The site’s predecessor was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy.

139-16 219th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, 7,613 square-foot religious structure at 139-16 219th Street, in Laurelton. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

4875 Hylan Boulevard: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 4875 Hylan Boulevard, in Annadale. Calvanico Associates Architect and Engineering is designing.
