2140 Gleason Avenue: Applications have been filed for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each measuring nearly 3,200 square feet — at 2140-2142 Gleason Avenue, in Unionport. Gino Longo is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure passed pre-demolition inspection in January.

3221 Hering Avenue: Tini’s Realty has filed applications for two three-story, four-unit residential buildings — each measuring 3,060 square feet — spanning the lots of 3219-3221 Hering Avenue, in Laconia. An existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in 2014.

BROOKLYN:

1673 43rd Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 6,100 square feet at 1673 43rd Street, in eastern Borough Park. Barry Goldsmith is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

377 Milford Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 4,320 square feet at the vacant lot of 377 Milford Street, in northern East New York. Olabanji B Awosika is designing.

450 Elton Street: Renewed from 2014, Amona Realty Corp. has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,735 square feet at the vacant lot of 450 Elton Street, in northern East New York.

QUEENS:

23-40 Bell Boulevard: Cord Meyer Development has filed applications for a single-story, 3,000 square-foot “bank building” at 23-40 Bell Boulevard, in Bay Terrace. Gensler is designing, and an existing gas station was approved to be demolished in December.

32-28 108th Street: Diamond Homes NYC has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,900 square feet at 32-28 108th Street, in North Corona. The existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in December.
