616 Bushwick Avenue [Brownstoner]: Cayuga Capital’s seven-story residential project at 616 Bushwick Avenue, in northern Bushwick, has topped out. The adjacent four-story building at 626 Bushwick is being converted to residential, and the two will total 99 units. Completion is expected “at the end of this year.”
23-15 44th Drive [The Real Deal]: Citigroup is looking to sell their vacant 36,000 square-foot site at 23-15 44th Drive, in Long Island City, for what “north of $140 million.” The site “offers nearly 780,000 buildable square feet,” and is zoned for a mix of uses.
599 Baltic Street [A Fine Blog]: Foundational work has commenced at 583-599 Baltic Street, in Boerum Hill, where Adam America is developing a nine-story, 70-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 52,500 square feet. ND Architecture is designing, and completion is expected in 2016.
1511 Bedford Avenue [Brownstowner]: New renderings have been revealed for Realty Within Reach’s planned 10-story, 114-unit mixed-use building at 1511-1515 Bedford Avenue, in western Crown Heights. Issac & Stern Architects is designing, and the site’s predecessor has been removed.
25-19 43rd Avenue [The Court Square Blog]: Renderings have been posted on-site at 25-19 43rd Avenue, in Long Island City, where Ekstein Development is planning a nine-story, 86-unit residential building. GF55 is designing, and the site’s predecessor was demolished last year.
76 East Houston Street [EV Grieve]: Goldman Properties’ two-story, 1,500 square-foot retail building has risen one story at 76 East Houston Street, in NoHo. Completion of the building is expected this Spring.
