530 Exterior Street: Ram Housing LLC has filed applications for a 13-story, 157-unit affordable residential building measuring 142,113 square feet at 530 Exterior Street — also known as 110 East 149th Street — in western Mott Haven. Dattner Architects is designing, and a 10-story, 152-key hotel is also planned for the parcel.
4607 Park Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for an eight-story, 90-unit residential building measuring 58,400 square feet at the vacant lot of 4607 Park Avenue, in Belmont. Matthew Cordone Architect is designing.
BROOKLYN:
236 Skillman Street: Applications have been filed for a five-story, four-unit building measuring nearly 5,100 square feet at the vacant lot 236 Skillman Street, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. Julien Flander is designing.
QUEENS:
172-03 67th Avenue: “Great Sunshine at Fresh Meadows” has filed applications for a two-story, 5,000 square-foot “daycare center” at 172-03 67th Avenue, in Utopia. Dings Engineering is the architect of record, and an existing single-story home must first be demolished.
