737 61st Street: Filed in late 2013, new applications have revived plans for an eight-story, 87-room mixed-use hotel and community building measuring 54,300 square feet at the lot 731-753 61st Street, in southern Sunset Park. JWC Architect is designing, and an old two-story structure was demolished in December.
2952 Brighton 5th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 7,915 square feet at the vacant lot 2952 Brighton 5th Street, in Brighton Beach. Arcon Studio is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2005.
342 Central Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 6,500 square feet at the vacant lot 342 Central Avenue, in central Bushwick. Erik Sun is designing.
175 Java Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,000 square feet at 175 Java Street, in Greenpoint. Issac & Stern Architects is designing, and demolition began on the existing three-story structure in February.
314 53rd Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, three-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 4,000 square feet at the vacant lot 314 53rd Street, in central Sunset Park. City Building NY Architect is designing.
QUEENS:
21-10 44th Drive: Impex Builders LLC has filed applications for a seven-story, 16-unit mixed-use building measuring 19,000 square feet at 21-10 44th Drive, in Long Island City. Igor Zaslavskiy is designing, and a single-story structure must first be demolished.
82-14 Grand Avenue: Mastronardi Bros Realty has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring nearly 3,100 square feet at the vacant lot 82-14 Grand Avenue, in western Elmhurst. T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti Architect is designing.
156 Ocean Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-unit residential building measuring nearly 1,600 square feet at 156 Ocean Avenue, in Breezy Point. The site’s predecessor was destroyed by Sandy.
162 Ocean Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode measuring nearly 1,500 square feet at 162 Ocean Avenue, in Breezy Point. The site’s predecessor was destroyed by Sandy.
