823 East 16th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, 11-unit residential building measuring roughly 11,110 square feet at 823 East 16th Street, in southern Flatbush – Ditmas Park. Issac & Stern is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure passed pre-demolition inspection early this month.
1404 47th Street: An LLC has filed applications for two four-story, eight-unit residential buildings — each measuring 7,200 square feet — and one four-story, four-unit building of nearly 3,700 square feet spanning the lots 1402-1412 47th Street, in central Borough Park. Asher Hershkowitz is designing, and an existing three-story structure was demolished in 2014.
171 Eagle Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, five-unit residential building measuring 6,500 square feet at 171 Eagle Street, in northern Greenpoint. Wu Chen, of Infocus, is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.
475 Herkimer Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring nearly 6,100 square feet at the vacant lot of 475 Herkimer Street, in south-central Bedford-Stuyvesant, near Atlantic Avenue. Shahriar Afshari is designing, and the site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2007.
180 Jackson Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential building measuring 5,000 square feet at 180 Jackson Avenue, in northern Williamsburg. Wu Chen, of Infocus, is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.
217 Macon Street: JLM Holdings NYC Inc. has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit mixed-use building measuring 4,610 square feet at 217 Macon Street, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Cross Architecture is designing, and a dilapidated three-story townhouse must first be demolished.
QUEENS:
33-10 154th Street: Korean American Family Services has filed applications for a two-story, single-family residence measuring nearly 2,000 square feet at 33-10 154th Street, in Murray Hill. An existing two-story abode must first be demolished.
STATEN ISLAND:
185 Bricktown Way: An LLC has filed applications for two single-story, 10,000 square-foot commercial buildings at the vacant lots 185-205 Bricktown Way, in Charleston. Rampulla Associates Architects is designing.
