2450 East 11th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, six-unit residential building measuring nearly 7,200 square feet at 2450 East 11th Street, in southern Sheepshead Bay. Bricolage is designing, and an existing single-story home must first be demolished.

844 Quincy Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, seven-unit residential building measuring nearly 4,940 square feet at 844 Quincy Street, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant near Broadway. ARC Architecture & Design Studio is designing, and an existing 2.5-story townhouse was approved for demolition in February.

QUEENS:

11-55 49th Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a nine-story, 169-unit mixed-use building measuring roughly 112,300 square feet at the vacant lots spanning 11-51 – 11-55 49th Avenue, in Long Island City. Aufgang Architects is designing.

240 Beach 149th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, single-family residence measuring nearly 2,500 square feet at 240 Beach 149th Street, in Neponsit. Demolition began last Fall on the existing single-story structure.

69-35 226th Street: Applications have been filed for the expansion of a single-story home — located at 69-35 226th Street, in Oakland Gardens — to a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,400 square feet. Edward Lui is designing.

47-29 Robinson Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 1,940 square feet at the vacant lot of 47-29 Robinson Street, in East Flushing.
