951 Crescent Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 3,900 square feet at the vacant lot 951 Crescent Street, in eastern East New York. OMF Architecture is designing.

QUEENS:

29-37 41st Avenue: Property Markets Group has filed applications for a 70-story, 930-unit skyscraper — measuring nearly 830,000 square feet — at the vacant lot 29-37 41st Avenue, in Long Island City. SLCE Architects is designing the 772-foot-tall structure, and nearly 15,000 square feet of commercial space will also be included.

25-04 Bessemund Avenue: Superior Homes Realty has filed applications for three two-story, single-family residences — each measuring a whopping 6,922 square feet — spanning the vacant lots 25-02 – 25-12 Bessemund Avenue, in Bayswater. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and existing two-story structures were demolished in 2009.

135 Oceanside Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 1,638 square feet at 135 Oceanside Avenue, in Breezy Point.
