456 Greenwich Street [Commercial Observer]: A trio of developers “are planning a 90- to 100-room,” 93,900 square-foot luxury hotel at 456 Greenwich Street, in Tribeca. A portion of the site is landmarked, but developers plan to build over the single-story structure; the rest of the site has been demolished.

101 Beard Street [Curbed]: MAP has revealed conceptual renderings of the redevelopment potential at the vacant parcel 101 Beard Street, in southern Red Hook. Plans call for “a 1.7 million-square-foot mixed-use development,” with 250,000 square feet of retail space and residential mid-rises.

425 Grand Concourse [Welcome2TheBronx]: The city is set to demolish the dilapidated but landmarked 4.5-story former school building at 425 Grand Concourse, in northwestern Mott Haven. No redevelopment plans have been released.

92 3rd Street

92 3rd Street [Daily News]: A former vacant four-story, 90,000 square-foot industrial building has been converted to commercial at 92 3rd Street, in Beorum Hill. The building is now completely leased, and “tenants are slated to move in within six weeks.”

14-23 Broadway [Brownstoner]: Ariel Property Advisors has recently sold the vacant lot 14-23 Broadway, in western Astoria, for $1.95 million. Plans were filed in 2008 for an eight-story, 15-unit residential building measuring 11,137 square feet.

630 Lorimer Street

630 Lorimer Street [Brownstoner]: Renderings have been posted on-site at 630 Lorimer Street, in northern Williamsburg, of the ODA -designed four-story and eight-unit residential building, set for completion by 2016. Gerald Caliendo was previously set to design, and construction has yet to begin.
