2440 Esplanade: Real Estate for Long LLC has filed applications for six three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each ranging from 3,400 to 3,800 square feet — at the lots spanning 2432-2442 Esplanade, in Pelham Gardens. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and the existing two-story building was approved for demolition in March.

BROOKLYN:

577 Flushing Avenue: MBY Holding Corp. has filed applications for an eight-story, 42-unit residential building measuring nearly 29,200 square feet at the vacant lots of 577-581 Flushing Avenue, on the border of Williamsburg and Bed-Stuy. Michael Avramides is designing.

QUEENS:

93-09 Lamont Avenue: Applications have been filed for an eight-story, five-unit residential building measuring 6,000 square feet at 93-09 Lamont Avenue, in northeastern Elmhurst. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

1728 Himrod Street: Applications have been filed for a five-story, seven-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,000 square feet at 1728 Himrod Street, in western Ridgewood. Barry Goldsmith is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

119-04 18th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 3,750 square feet at 119-04 18th Avenue, in College Point. A&T Engineering is serving as the architect, and the existing two-story home was approved for demolition last month.

STATEN ISLAND:

123 Maryland Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for two three-story, single-family residences — each measuring 3,650 square feet — at 123-125 Maryland Avenue, in Shore Acres. Demolition recently began on the existing three-story structure.

116 Bement Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,500 square feet, and for a two-story, single-family home measuring 1,815 square feet at 114-116 Bement Avenue, in Port Richmond. An existing two-story structure passed pre-demolition inspection in March.

26 Coddington Avenue: M&J Construction Corp. of NY has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,400 square feet at the vacant lot of 26 Coddington Avenue, in New Dorp.
