1829 Amethyst Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,700 square feet at the vacant lot 1829 Amethyst Street, in Van Nest. Royal Engineering is the architect of record, and an old single-story structure was demolished in 2006.
BROOKLYN:
18 Stanhope Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 26-unit residential building measuring nearly 18,400 square feet at 18-22 Stanhope Street, in central Bushwick. Diego Aguilera is designing, and three two-story townhouses must first be demolished.
903 Dekalb Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit residential building measuring nearly 7,500 square feet at 903 Dekalb Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Asher Hershkowitz is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
1214 Pacific Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building measuring nearly 4,900 square feet at the vacant lot of 1214 Pacific Street, in northwestern Crown Heights. RSLN Architecture is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2006.
169 Taaffe Place: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, six-unit residential building measuring 4,135 square feet at 169 Taaffe Place, in northwestern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Robert Siqeca is the architect of record, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
235A Vernon Avenue: Schneider Consulting Group LLC has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building measuring roughly 3,350 square feet at the vacant lot 235A Vernon Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. RSLN Architecture is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 1994.

144-38 35th Avenue: Linden Realty Tower LLC has filed applications for an eight-story, 28-unit residential building measuring 23,900 square feet at 144-38 – 144-40 35th Avenue, in Murray Hill. A.NG & A.NG Architects Studio is designing, and an existing three-story structure must first be demolished.
34-27 56th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, nearly 8,200 square-foot office building at 34-27 56th Street, in Woodside. JLS Designs is the architect, and an existing two-story building must first be removed.
138-14 Brookville Boulevard: Omega Construction Solutions has filed applications for two two-story, two-unit residential buildings — each measuring roughly 1,950 square feet — at the vacant lots 138-14 – 138-16 Brookville Boulevard, in northern Rosedale. Robert Bahary is the architect of record.
