The Wall Street Journal reports JetBlue Airways Corp. and MCR Development LLC are in advanced talks with the Port Authority to redevelop the vacant TWA Terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport, in Queens. If a deal is reached, the $400 million project would include the construction of 500 hotel rooms split on either side of the terminal, and conversion of the landmarked terminal structure into a restaurant.
