SL Green Realty has filed applications for a four-story, 6,020 square-foot commercial building — rising 57 feet tall — at 719 7th Avenue, in Midtown’s Theater District. The job description states the building will be completely retail, and will feature signage above the roof. TPG Architecture is designing, and the existing three-story building was approved for demolition back in December.
