426 East 58th Street [New York Press]: Bauhouse Group is planning a 95-unit, 268,000 square-foot luxury residential building, standing “over 900 feet tall,” at their assemblage spanning 426-432 East 58th Street, in Midtown East. Plans are not final, and the site could be sold to another developer.
41-07 Crescent Street [The Court Square Blog]: Fogarty Finger’s nine-story, 48-unit mixed-use building at 41-07 Crescent Street, in Long Island City, has topped out, and façade installation is now making progress. The building is due for completion in September 2015, and the commercial space will span nearly 4,000 square feet.
60 Canal Street [Bowery Boogie]: Nine Orchard Partners’ six-story, nearly 9,900 square-foot annex at 60 Canal Street — adjacent to the associated hotel conversion underway at 54 Canal, in Chinatown — is now four stories tall. The entire project will include 108 hotel rooms and office space, and Ron Castellano is designing.
100 West 125th Street [Harlem+Bespoke]: Steel framing has reached street level at 100 West 125th Street, in Harlem, where Wharton Properties is building a six-story, 161,000 square-foot commercial building. Completion is expected by 2016.
212 East 14th Street [EV Grieve]: Work has wrapped at 212 East 14th Street, in the East Village, where a five-story building was transformed into a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use building. The façade is complete, and opening is anticipated in the coming weeks.
360 3rd Avenue [Brownstoner]: The restoration of the landmarked two-story structure at 360 3rd Avenue, in Gowanus, is currently underway. Renderings have been posted on site, and the commercial building is up for lease and/or sale.
