All Year Management has filed applications for a seven-story, 112-key hotel spanning 69-85 White Street, in East Williamsburg. The building will technically be an expansion of the existing single-story warehouse, and the project will measure 79,365 square feet. ODA Architecture is designing, and the developer acquired the warehouse for $9.4 million late last year, per The Real Deal.
