Staten Island-based Foster Development has filed applications to construct six semi-detached three-story, single-family homes at 21-27 Clove Lake Place and 260-270 Elizabeth Street, in Staten Island’s West New Brighton neighborhood, located on the northern shore. The six residential units will share 6,705 square feet of total residential space, for average individual homes of 1,118 square feet. Also Staten Island-based Joseph Morace is the architect of record, and the site’s old 1.5-story home was demolished earlier this year.
