October 22nd Update: Seven more two-family buildings were filed with the DOB, bringing the development to a total of 56 units, which are spread across 28 two-story buildings.
October 18th Update: Another two-family building has been filed, bringing the development to a total of 42 units.
October 15th Update: One more two-family building has been filed, bringing the development to a total of 40 units.
October 14th Update: Nine more two-family buildings have been filed at adjacent lots, brining the development to a total of 38 residential units.
Update: On Friday, three more two-family buildings were filed at 145-19 – 145-21 and 147-19A Hook Creek Boulevard, bringing the development to 20 residential units.
On the southern end of the border between Queens and Nassau County, Airport Park LLC has filed applications for a detached two-family building development at 147-01 – 147-23 Hook Creek Boulevard, in Rosedale. The parcel of land is currently vacant, but is now expected to hold at least seven two-story, two-family residential buildings. Of the filed applications (other buildings may not have been filed yet), the development will measure 12,495 square feet, with full-floor units averaging 893 square feet. Long Island-based Michael McNerney is the architect of record.
