AP&G Company is planning to reposition the three-story, 165,000 square-foot manufacturing building at 170 53rd Street, in Sunset Park, located three blocks west of the R train’s stop at 53rd Street. The company will be vacating the building in order to relocate, and plans to market the renovated property to commercial or manufacturing tenants. The building features 20-foot-high ceilings and a unique 50-foot glass atrium, according to The Real Deal.
