Permits have been filed for a ten-story residential building at 3165 Villa Avenue in Bedford Park, of the Bronx. The site is five blocks away from two Bedford Park Boulevard Subway Stations, one serviced by the 4 trains, and the other by the B and D trains. Deergrow Developments is responsible for the project.
The 106-foot tall structure will yield 39,100 square feet of residential space. 57 apartments will be created, averaging 686 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have access to a laundry room, bicycle storage, and recreational space in the cellar and on the tenth floor and rooftop.
Walter Hollien Architects is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
