The site is a block away from the Morris Heights subway station, serviced by Metro-North. The 176th Street subway station on the 4 train is 11 blocks away, and the 175th Street subway station is four blocks further, serviced by D trains. Gabriel & Juliet Inc. is listed as responsible for the development.
The 60-foot tall structure will yield 7,880 square feet, with 6,500 square feet dedicated to residential use. Nine apartments will be created, averaging 722 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.
