Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 1819 Sedgwick Avenue in Morris Heights, The Bronx. The site is a block away from the Morris Heights subway station, serviced by Metro-North. The 176th Street subway station on the 4 train is 11 blocks away, and the 175th Street subway station is four blocks further, serviced by D trains.
