Permits have been filed for an eleven-story residential building at 1777 Weeks Avenue in Mount Hope, The Bronx. The site is two blocks away from the 174-175th street subway station, serviced by the D trains. Marc Edelstein is listed as responsible for the development, and today, YIMBY has a look at the first renderings, with design by BMG Architect.

The 114-foot tall structure will yield 38,700 square feet, with 30,770 square feet dedicated to residential use. 45 apartments will be created, averaging 680 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. The building will come with several amenities, including a yoga studio, workspace, fitness center, a lobby, laundry room, and recreation space.

Demolition permits have not been filed for the existing structure. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
