With sales expected to launch this Spring, INC Architecture & Design has revealed new renderings of their rising condominium building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. “Parlour,” located at 243 Fourth Avenue, will top-off at 12 stories and contain 19 condos.

Adam Rolston, principal of the design firm, describes the building as a modern reinterpretation of the Brooklyn brownstone, and drew inspiration from the classical architecture within Prospect Park. That vision is most directly seen in The Parlour’s grand-scale, arched windows, mullion-free casements, and an understated, sandy-hued facade.

Future occupants will have a selection of two to five bedroom homes with open-flowing interiors, private outdoor areas on each floor, high-end appliances, and access to a full-suite of amenities.

Halstead Property Development Marketing’s The Aguayo Team is handling sales for the property, which begin at $1.6 million.

The Parlour was first announced by YIMBY in 2015, but with a different development and design team leading the project. Today, Brodmore Management is credited as lead developer.

  1. Looks Amazing!

  2. Pleeeeease put a cross street in these posts. No one knows where 243 4th Avenue is (and 4th Ave is at the end of my block), and I shouldn’t have to click to an external map to figure this out. Isn’t the key mantra of real estate “location, location, location”? So why hide this crucial piece of information?

  3. Please pardon me for using your space: Limited on its beautiful and modern designs I would line it on private activity.
