Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 177 Montrose Avenue. Located between Humboldt Street and Graham Avenue, the interior site is situated in Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg neighborhood. Less than two blocks east is the Montrose subway station serviced by the L train, and the G train to Broadway station is half a mile to the west. Solomon Kubitchek of Zev Kohn is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The steel structure will yield 8,562 square feet, with 6,807 square feet dedicated to residences. 10 units will be created, averaging 680 square feet each along with a mezzanine in the 54-foot tall structure.

Shmuel Wieder of S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

No demolition permits have been filed as of yet. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
