In an exclusive release, new renderings from architects STUDIOSC reveal elegant, residential interiors currently under construction at 307 Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Positioned on the busy corner of Grand Street and Havemeyer Street, the mixed-use building will also contain 3,130 square feet of dedicated commercial area.
Residential area will measure 4,645 square feet, split among six apartments. If the development includes an amenity package, it has not yet been revealed by the developer Grand Metro LLC.
Outside, the building’s façade will be partially formed using the existing perimeter walls at 307 Grand Street for a contextual effect. An additional three floors will rise from the current single-story framework, that appears to be comprised of stucco or a similar cementitious material. At these levels, tenants and residents will have access to both the outdoor terrace and rooftop areas.

Even with the reworking of the original facade, this is an excellent example where a neighborhood can remain and grow. Thank you STUDIOSC and Grand Metro for your thoughtful enlightenment.
