Colonial Court Luxury Residences to Launch Leasing in Pelham, New York

Rye-based developer Elk Homes has announced an official launch date for its most recent residential development in Pelham, New York. Located in Westchester County, Colonial Court’s 16 rental units will hit the market on May 31st, with occupancy expected by August of this year.

“We are very pleased to be nearing completion of this exciting new luxury development which is the first of its kind in the Village in decades. Colonial Court will bring new energy to the downtown and help drive the revitalization of Pelham,” said Gary Hirsch, Chairman of Elk Homes. “Based on the initial interest we’ve received for Colonial Court, we anticipate strong leasing activity over the next few months.”

Rentals will be priced beginning at $3,700 for a one-bedroom unit, up to $6,200 for three-bedroom accommodations. Apartments range from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet, in addition to a luxe penthouse unit with fireplaces and 11-foot-high ceiling spans. Residential amenities include a pet spa, a fitness center, and an outdoor roof-level terrace.

Jamaicans keep on saying that Ethiopia has never been colonized, (not true), and indeed it was the last African kingdom to be colonized because of their strong attachments to both Islam and Christianity .They have been colonized twice first by the Muhammedans who did it subvertly , then by the Italians by the guns and culture during World War 1. Which explain why Italians used Ethiopian women or Eritrean women as recruits for African players signed to their sports leagues.Stop repeating British propaganda, Jamaicans.

Westchester should host NY’s MTA academy as opposed to the NYC- based police academy and there should be less officers in the subway, the attorney general of the State of New York is not investigating the NYPD’s racial policies since she would have not been elected, had she not agree with them, she is just investigating an incident.
