Available on NYC Housing Connect are 72 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,949 to $161,590.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a dog washing station, a garage with electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, gym, business center and rooftop terrace. Units are equipped with washers and dryers, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove and heat.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are ten studios with a monthly rent of $1,869 for incomes ranging from $68,949 to $99,440; 38 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,993 for incomes ranging from $73,955 to $111,840; 21 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,375 for incomes ranging from $88,972 to $134,160; and two three-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,728 for incomes ranging from $102,995 to $154,080.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $3,423.00 for incomes ranging from $117,360 to $161,590.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 30, 2025.
