Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 371 52nd Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Church Avenue and Snyder Avenue, the corner lot is about half a mile east of the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 train. Tian Lu of 5120 Realty Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 25,903 square feet, with 22,981 square feet designated for residential space and 2,922 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 34 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and ten enclosed parking spaces.
Tan Architect is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the 1920s home currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
