Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 2731 Kingsbridge Terrace in Kingsbridge Heights, the Bronx. Located between West Kingsbridge Road and West 229th Street, the interior lot is near the Kingsbridge Road subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Nush Rudaj under the RSK 852 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 11,863 square feet, with 10,073 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 629 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 34-foot-long rear yard.

Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in May of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Although, the height of this building on development project is not the same as the World Trade Center building. It is evident that the details you report are aimed at the comfort of living, the inhabitants of the residents as a major reason. (Hello YIMBY)
