Located between Elwood Street and Bogardus Place, the lot is near Dyckman Street subway station and the 191st Street station, both serviced by the 1 train. Riseboro Community Partnership is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 238,578 square feet, with 94,729 square feet designated for residential space and 7,220 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 164 affordable housing residences for seniors with an average unit scope of 577 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 32-foot-long rear yard.
Gloria Glas of SLCE Architects is listed as the architect of record. The rendering reveals a brick facade with a partial setback on the eighth floor and a rooftop terrace.
