Permits have been filed for two four-story residential buildings at 3029-3031 Bronxwood Avenue in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Adee Avenue and Burke Avenue, the lot is six blocks east of the Burke Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Mike Bonfiglio is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 38-foot-tall development at 3029 Bronxwood Avenue will yield 6,007 square feet, with 5,160 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, with an average unit scope of 645 square feet. Plans for 3031 Bronxwood Avenue also call for a 38-foot-tall structure comprising 4,864 square feet, with 3,812 square feet for residential space. Demolition permits were filed for 3031 Bronxwood Avenue in May of this year, but have not been filed for 3029 Bronxwood Avenue. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
