Permits have been filed for a seven-story commercial building at 886 Broadway in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Belvidere Street and Arion Place, the lot is two blocks from the Myrtle Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Transition Acquisitions is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 105-foot-tall development will yield 57,142 square feet, with 47,743 square feet designated for commercial space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 29-foot-long rear yard.
ND Architecture & Design is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in September of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
