Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 407 Remsen Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Lenox Road and East 58th Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 and 4 trains. Yoel Horowitz of Highline Developers is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 60,843 square feet, with 35,663 square feet designated for residential space, 6,175 square feet for community facility space, and 5,773 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 44 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 810 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, mezzanine, and a 31-foot-long rear yard.

Asher Hershkowitz Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
