Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 977 East 34th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Glenwood Road and Avenue H, the interior lot is four blocks east of the Flatbush Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Abraham Weinstock under the 977 Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 4,344 square feet, with 4,180 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 696 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 38-foot-long rear yard.
Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional SVCS is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed this month for the existing single family home on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
