Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 301 East 165th Street in the Bronx’s Concourse Village. Located at the intersection of College Avenue and East 165th Street, the lot is closest to the Melrose Metro-North train station, serviced by the Harlem line as well as the 161st Street-Yankee Stadium station, serviced by the B, D, and 4 trains. Stagg Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 68-foot-tall development will yield 67,010 square feet, with 45,295 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 67 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 676 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 20 enclosed parking spaces.

Minkuk Kim of Marin Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
