Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 102 Summit Street in Brooklyn’s Columbia Street Waterfront District. Located between Columbia Street and Hicks Street, the interior lot is six blocks west of the Carroll Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Anthony Prestiagiacomo under the 102 Summit Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 41-foot-tall development will yield 4,983 square feet, with 3,833 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have three residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,277 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 32-foot-long rear yard.
Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
