Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 102 Summit Street in Brooklyn’s Columbia Street Waterfront District. Located between Columbia Street and Hicks Street, the interior lot is six blocks west of the Carroll Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 32-foot-long rear yard.
Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.
