Located between East Gun Hill Road and East 233rd Street, the interior lot is closest to the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Titan Equity Group under the 3530 Webster LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 82-foot-tall development will yield 34,001 square feet, with 28,329 square feet designated for commercial space. The building will have 82 rooms, with an average unit scope of 345 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 26-foot-long rear yard.
Shiming Tam of SM Tam Architect, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
