Located between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue, the lot is two blocks north of the 45th Street subway station, serviced by the N and R trains. Benjamin Yam is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 7,114 square feet, with 5,828 square feet designated for residential space.
