Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 140 Central Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Starr Street and Willoughby Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Dong Koock Junk is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 5,915 square feet, with 5,046 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 630 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 40-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.
Diego Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
