Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 286 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of North 1st Street and Wythe Avenue, the corner lot is close to the Bedford Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Moshe Braver under the Hold Bushwick LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 82,458 square feet, with 38,096 square feet designated for residential space and 13,302 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 45 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 846 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 23 enclosed parking spaces.

Fariba Makooi of Fischer & Makooi Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in 2018 and the lot is now vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
