Permits have been filed for a 21-story mixed-use office tower at 358 Bowery in Noho, Manhattan. Located at the intersection of East 4th Street and Bowery, the corner lot is near the Bleeker Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train, and Broadway-Lafayette Street station, serviced by B, D, F, and M trains. SK Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 283-foot-tall development will yield 112,617 square feet, with 72,151 square feet designated for commercial space and 26,637 square feet for community facility space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Morris Adjmi Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed at the end of 2020 for the single-story commercial building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

What is designated “community facility space”?
Ah, B Bar. So many good memories. You will be missed.
You spelled Bleecker wrong in your article.
Wondering if the design includes access floor and underfloor air delivery? (UFAD)
This is ridiculous considering there are few buildings of that height. And office space post covid seems like an antiquated idea. The city is already full of empty offices.
B Bar > 21-story mixed use office tower
So sad, the outside bar space was great. But suppose anything is better than a bar closed for covid.
