Designed by Salamon Engineering Group, the structure yields 65 residences, ground-floor commercial space, and 18 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $66,858 to $167,570.

Amenities include a lounge, co-working space, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, gym, yoga and dance studio, elevator, and pet-friendly policies. Units include name-brand appliances and finishes, air conditioning, dishwasher, hardwood floors, and private outdoor space in either a patio or balcony.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 23, 2021.

  3. Its time to invite middle class, rich and poor to live in one building. Even allow one floor for the poor. There are dignified poor people with integrity and great morals. But some of us lost our savings on the Stock Market. Only poor people go to heaven
