Permits have been filed for an 11-story residential building with affordable housing at 39-26 30th Street in Long Island City, Queens. Located between 39th and 40th Avenues, the interior lot is one block west of the 39 Avenue-Dutch Kills subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Hui Shi is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 119-foot-tall development will yield 37,313 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 50 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 746 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 34-foot-long rear yard and 16 enclosed parking spaces.

Jon Yung of MY Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in September for the one-story commercial building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
