Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 226 Grove Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wilson and Knickerbocker Avenues, the lot is four blocks from the Knickerbocker Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. New York City Housing Authority is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 136-foot-tall development will yield 207,201 square feet, with 205,235 square feet designated for residential space and 1,966 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 153 residences, with an average unit scope of 1,341 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 20 open parking spaces.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
