Sales have launched for 373 Palmetto Street, a boutique ground-up condominium development in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Developed by The InHouse Group and designed by Abell Design, the five-story building has eight homes and a common roof deck. Floor plans range from a duplex studio apartment to an expansive two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex with private balcony and rooftop terrace. Pricing ranges from $599,000 to $1.1 million.
“We’re constantly stressing the importance of context and relevance, particularly in terms of design and amenity offerings,” explained Robert Earl, co-founder of The InHouse Group. “The market will always fluctuate and a way to try and soften these moments is through relevant product. 373 Palmetto’s modern design is an apt reflection of the aesthetic of choice among Brooklyn buyers today. This, paired with the condominium’s competitive pricing and prime location in the heart of Bushwick, make it the perfect option for a number of people, including those on the hunt for their first home.”
Interiors include high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a relaxing color palette. Modern chef’s kitchens come equipped with custom marble waterfall countertops, deep sinks, a Blomberg refrigerator, and stove top with pot filler. Primary bedrooms are outfitted with spacious closets and floor-to-ceiling windows. Primary bathrooms include a soaking tub with waterfall shower head, massive medicine cabinet, and modern fixtures. All residences have washer/dryer hookups and select apartments have private outdoor space. Amenities include private storage and a landscaped roof deck.
“373 Palmetto is located in the midst of Brooklyn’s ever evolving and historically creative Bushwick neighborhood and we found inspiration in both the area’s art-driven communities as well as constant energy,” said Bella Mor, founder of Abell Design. “We opted to lean into a tranquil color palette, the incredible natural light running throughout the building and contemporary shapes and materials in order to create a serene urban retreat for residents.”
The new construction is one block from the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues subway station, serviced by the M and L trains.
There are two model homes on site for viewing.

I love how classy the dirty beat up vinyl siding looks next to this nice facade.
NFA….maybe they can’t afford a new facade next door: I am more distressed by the array of clumbsy boxes in front (planters?) with one teetering on/off of the sidewalk? Is that the best adornment for this decent building?
