Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 3216 Glenwood Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 32nd Street and New York Avenue, the lot is three blocks from the Flatbush Avenue-Brooklyn College subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Ilan Peleg is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 12,505 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 658 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 36-foot-long rear yard, and nine open parking spaces.

Aiman Eltohamy of Innovative Engineering Laboratories is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in August for the 2.5-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. “Aiman Eltohamy of Innovative Engineering Laboratories”

Sounds like a top notch firm lol…

  2. What a disaster
tear down the quaint century old home to put up a 7 story out of context piece of crap.
These neighborhoods should be protected by historic designation

  3. I’m not opposed to old SFH’s being replaced if they are replaced with something high quality and attractive and not like that trainwreck abortion twoo doors down.
