Construction is wrapping up on 963 Atlantic Avenue, a nine-story residential building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Efraim Weber, the structure will yield 124 rental units designed by Durukan Design in studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts, as well as ground-floor retail space for two tenants and a selection of amenities. Durukan Designers is the interior designer and NY Developers and Management is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 957 Atlantic Avenue and is located between Classon Avenue to the east and Grand Avenue to the west.
Our last update in April showed the structure fully enveloped in scaffolding and black netting. This has since been dismantled, revealing the completed look of the façade with its grid of floor-to-ceiling windows, gray paneling, and series of stacked balconies. Work is still wrapping up on the ground floor, which remains covered with sidewalk scaffolding.
A metal-framed canopy is positioned around the centerline of the first level where the front doors will be located.
Cellar-level amenities include a fitness center, a game room, a screening room, a pet spa, communal laundry facilities, and a parking garage accommodating up to 51 vehicles. The first floor will house bike storage, a lounge, a party room, co-working spaces, and a landscaped courtyard with dining areas, pergolas, hammocks, and a bocce court. Additional amenities will be located on the roof and include an open-air terrace with lounge spaces, sun beds, foosball tables, and private areas for grilling and dining.
963 Atlantic Avenue’s anticipated completion date is posted on site for April of 2023.

The facade is awfully cheap looking for its location. Looks more like an all affordible in Brownsvillle.
Really what part in Brownsville will apply in a minute as of matter should be affordable in this area. Too many condos around
It looks better than the rendering, just barely.
what a piece of crap!!!!!
Will be leaking water during the next rain storm
of course no affordable units let alone truly affordable ones, especially with those amenities,
How many affordable units were in the White Castle it replaced?
Nice facade, simple, not over designed, what’s important are great amenities and quality finishes, both of which, I hear this building will provide, looking forward to this coming on the market.
