The affordable housing lottery has launched for 325 Lafayette Avenue, an eight-story mixed-use building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Abode Residential, the structure yields 116 residences and 59 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 16 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $61,543 to $156,130.

Residences come equipped with white oak hardwood floors, custom walnut cabinetry, quartz countertops, and name-brand kitchen appliances. Amenities include a garage, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, media and gaming room, doorman, concierge, gym, and a rooftop terrace with grilling, dining, and lounge areas. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 14 studios with a monthly rent of $1,795 for incomes ranging from $61,543 to $138,840 and two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,145 for incomes ranging from $73,543 to $156,130.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 2, 2023.
