The IDA’s final approval grants the developer $481,562 in additional sales tax exemptions for Ginsburg Development Companies’ City Square project at 50 Main Street.

Located near the Metro-North train station, 50 Main Street is located within the City Square complex, a major transit-oriented development comprising a mix of offices, retail space, restaurants, residential apartments, and a landscaped park.

Additional sales tax exemptions to complete upgrades to ground-floor retail spaces, let me see there and I think this is very beautiful mixed-use complex. Onto thick columns are at the most prominent, look at its distance between opposite sides: Thanks.
